DAN DA DAN (ダンダダン) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yukinobu Tatsu [ja]. It has been serialized in Shueisha's Shōnen Jump+ app and website since April 2021, with its chapters collected in 17 tankōbon volumes as of November 2024. The series follows two teenagers with supernatural powers fighting spirits and aliens with help from multiple allies.

An anime television series adaptation was announced on November 28, 2023. It is produced by Science Saru and directed by Fūga Yamashiro, with scripts written by Hiroshi Seko, character designs by Naoyuki Onda, alien and supernatural entity designs by Yoshimichi Kameda, and music composed by Kensuke Ushio. The series premiered on October 4, 2024, on the Super Animeism Turbo programming block on all JNN affiliates, including MBS and TBS. The opening theme is "Otonoke" (オトノケ) performed by Creepy Nuts, while the ending theme is "Taidada" performed by Zutomayo.
Synopsis

- Outstanding animation, that's because this anime is made by Science Saru, who studio of making it Scott Pilgrim Takes Off and Super Shiro.

- There's tons of action scene here and there.
- There's also has some funny moments, such as Momo Ayase is eating while do the funny faces. And also handling scary moment that fit on this series. Of course, this genre not only doing some action, but also has a horror elements to more interesting.
- There also has some sad moments; the most example was from Episodes 7, It's discovered from Aira that Aira's mom was killed by thugs due to her mother didn't buy the contract for your home, and at result, he trying to kidnap her when she was a kids, and she trying to fight to come back, until she's killed by thugs with all blood loss while she running to bring back and after that, she become a Acrobatic Silk to revenge, and Aira hugs her mother for the last time to say goodbye to the afterlife. This is considered as one of the greatest and heartbreaking episodes.

- Great character personality, the most famous was Ken Takakura, who can change the form into Turbo Granny forms, this forms can also change the personality from average boy to super heroes.
