Driven is a racing game based on the 2001 movie of the same name. It was released in 2001 for the PlayStation 2 and Game Boy Advance and in 2002 for the GameCube.

Driven (video game)
Like the movie, this game will make you driven into anger.
Genre(s): Racing
Platform(s): PlayStation 2
GameCube
Game Boy Advance
Release Date: November 13, 2001
Developer(s): BAM! Studios Europe
Publisher(s): BAM! Entertainment
Country: United Kingdom

Why It Shouldn't Be Driven Either

  1. It was simply made to cash-in the movie it's based on, which was terrible.
  2. Many characters, including the ones from the movie, are unlikable.
  3. Poor voice acting, especially by Sylvester Stallone.
  4. No licensed drivers or courses.
  5. Broken AI in races.
  6. Weak graphics, especially in the PlayStation 2 version.
  7. The artwork of the characters is awkward.
  8. Story mode has some missions that are not compelling. For example: chasing in the streets.

The Only Redeeming Quality

  1. It has some decent sound effects.

Reception

Driven received mixed reviews for the GameCube and unfavorable reviews for the PlayStation 2. It holds Metascores of 55 and 38, respectively.[1]
