Pokémon Masters has a cinematic trailer to promote the release of the game itself. The trailer was released on June 27, 2019 worldwide in all sources.
Why It's A Master
- The cinematic trailer is fluid and beautiful to watch,
- The soundtrack is very good to hear.
- The voice acting is great.
- Plenty of likable characters in this trailer, discounting the cameos.
- Very good action scenes.
- The opening has a very nice impression, at first the phone is seen in the room, but once viewers see it, it is revealed that they are inside Pasio. Cheren, Misty, and Korrina face Cynthia, Steven, and Lance in a 3 on 3 battle.
- After this, Scottie, Brock, and Rosa face Erika in a battle to obtain the Tranquility badge while Bettie, Barry, and Iris enter the arena to face the three champions.
- Blue's line: Trainers from all over the world are gathering in Pasio and forming new teams. I'll show everyone that I'm the best and I that I can beat any team around. I have to prove that my team is the strongest!
Not-So Master Qualities
- False Advertising: Several characters who appear in this trailer do not appear in the base game until the future updates, especially Palmer, who is added as a playable character on September 2023, yes really.
- Cheren's Stoutland uses Giga Impact in the trailer, even though it is not in the game, and it is replaced with Facade.
