Why It's An Unforgettable Luncheon

- Two words: Steamed Hams. The segment is not only really enjoyable and funny, but it also became one of the most iconic moments of the entire series.
- The idea of stories about different characters is an interesting concept, and fits perfectly into a show with a lot of characters, and all of the stories are very interesting and give unseen insight into the lives of many characters who do not otherwise appear very often.
- The way that the episode transitions between each story are done really well.
- Aside from the Steamed Hams segment, there are a lot of funny and iconic moments throughout the episode, like Homer accidentally locking Maggie inside the newspaper vending machine, Chief Wiggum and Snake getting kidnapped by Herman Hermann and Nelson Muntz being humiliated after mocking the tall guy for owning a small car, which gives him a great comeuppance.
- This episode's moral is both good and interesting, as it tells you that everyone has their own story to tell.
