It turns out that the episode where Squidward is reduced to a blubbering infant thanks to his neighbors' buffoonery wasn't the only one of its kind.

Baby Stewie is the 15th episode of season 18 of Family Guy.
Plot
When Quagmire is unable to drink with the guys due to medications, they all decide to do a non-drinking activity by going to an escape room with their families. As Peter and Lois bumble their way through, Stewie informs Brian of the answer to the problem. As they chat later at home, Brian points out that Stewie will lose his intelligence at puberty and provides a video that makes Chris look smart as a baby. Stewie decides to stop the process by rearranging his DNA, but ends up reverting himself to a real baby.
Why It Should Turn Back Into A Baby
- Brian is very unlikeable in this episode, as he breaks Stewie's form machine and acts like a big jerk to him, especially in the beginning of the episode.
- It's a 22 minutes torture episode for Stewie, especially when Brian trying to make him his own self again, but Stewie doesn't turn normal and thus, he get all of the appearences possible, such as monster.
- Brian never apoligises when he broke stewie's form machine.
- Aside from Brian, some of the characters can be unlikable in this episode, as expected from the newer seasons, exemple are Stewie at the beginning, or Lois.
- The episode is extremely boring, especially by Family Guy standards, some of the scenes are even fillers, or some of them last way too long, making it one of the most boring episode of the whole show, much like Pip from South Park.
- Some plot holes, such as the scene where they talk about an escape game but the problem is that it never happened in the episode, and it wasn't mentionned ever again, but again that is to be expected from a Modern Family Guy episode.
- Poor pacing, because as said before, some of the scenes last forever, and some of them are just padding the length of the episode, in fact they are so long and pointless that the plot of the episode could have been done in 11 or at least 15 minutes, even when compared to previous episodes from the show.
- Lot of gross moments, such as when Stewie puck on Brian on a flight, which is incredibly gross to see, especially because of the fact that he vomited a lot.
Redeeming Qualities
- At least the scene where Stewie briefy turns into Pikachu from Pokemon is funny.
- With the exception of Brian, some characters are likable, such as Meg, Stewie and surprisingly, Peter is also likable and not flanderized like he usually is.
