Bridget's Sexiest Beaches is a travel show that only ran for one season on Travel Channel. It was hosted by Bridget Marquardt, who traveled to visit the world's most popular beaches.
Why It's Not Sexy
- The idea of having a former Playboy model host a travel show turned out be very bad, thus tarnishing Travel Channel's reputation.
- None of the charm from The Girls Next Door, where Bridget previously starred in, were carried over.
- It is a blatant rip-off of an earlier Travel Channel show hosted by Samantha Brown.
- Various nudity (albeit censored) in some episodes, which doesn't meet Travel Channel's standards.
- There was less food than other travel shows.
- Pointless guest appearances by several Playboy Playmates (such as Sara Jean Underwood (PMOY 07), Amber Campisi (02/05) and Cara Zavaleta (11/04)) and Kendra Wilkinson.
The Only Redeeming Quality
- Like with other Girls Next Door alumni, it was nice to see Bridget after her GND stint.
Reception
This show has a rating of 5.2 on IMDB.[1]
