Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 is a fighting game developed by Dimps and published by Bandai Namco, it’s a sequel to Dragon Ball: Xenoverse and it’s based on the Dragon Ball manga and anime.

Why It Rocks

  1. Beautiful graphics which are a huge improvement from the previous game, and the cel-shading is also better.
  2. Like in the first game, you can create your own character, plus the customization has been improved and it’s not as limited as in the first game.
  3. Good voice acting with all of the actors reprising their roles.
  4. Like the first game, it features some anime cutscenes like the intro with Trunks and Supreme Kai of time explaining to you how the game works.
  5. Improved combat from the first game.
  6. It adds in extra missions in order to keep up.
  7. You can upgrade your character in order to become stronger and more powerful.
  8. Great character roster that is almost as big as Tenkaichi 3’s character roster.
  9. Great soundtrack.
  10. Now you get to do side objectives in the hub world like delivering milk and finding items.
  11. Great mod support.
  12. The online support was improved from Xenoverse 1 with no problems.
  13. Perfect sound design.
  14. Great progression system.
  15. The fighting mechanics are well done.

Bad Qualities

  1. The story is nothing but a rehash of the first game's story, aside from a few changes.
  2. The controls are still messy.
  3. The Expert Missions are Difficult.
  4. There is an absurd amount of paid DLC. That means if you start the game late, prepare to be charged for a lot more for said DLC than the base game.
  5. The server is still has a problem even the server had been improved a little bit, like previous does.
