Plot

The duo Harry Dunne and Lloyd Christmas get fired from their jobs and decide to go to Aspen as a road trip to return a missing briefcase full of millions of dollars to Mary Swanson who both Harry and Lloyd have a crush on.

Why It's Not Dumb At All

  1. Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels give out the funniest performances ever.
  2. The humor is so funny that it gives a lot of effort to put in.
  3. The most annoying sound in the world is actually funny and laughable at the same time.
  4. Great storyline.
  5. Harry's joke about mixing a bulldog and a shih tzu at the same time is actually funny and very creative.
  6. Great Characters like Joe Mentalino, Sea Bass, Mary Swanson, and others.
  7. Lloyd is actually more dumber than Harry proving that Jim Carrey can make lots of fans laugh.
  8. It's has heartwarming moments like Harry promising Lloyd that they will go to aspen together and end up hugging each other, Lloyd and Harry looking out for each other, and more.
  9. Funny and clever opening scene.

Dumb Qualities

  1. Some scenes can be a little gross like Harry taking a dump on the broken toilet at Mary's house and dumping it out the window, even though it's still funny to some people.
  2. Harry and Lloyd can be pretty mean spirited to each other at times.
  3. The movie can be cliche at some times.
  4. Another gross scene is in the extended version, where Lloyd is in the Bathroom and Sea Bass comes along as sexually rubs his crotch in Lloyd's face.
