The Emprator is a Iranian "console" (note: it's just a PC plug-in) that was made in 2014 by the company of the same name, Emprator. It competed with the PlayStation 4 to an unknown date, because of the extreme unpopularity of the plugin.

Why This Plugin/"Console" Is Just An Useless Piece Of Plastic

1. This plugin is not a console in any way, it does not have the software, that all consoles would have, it is considered as a PC plugin because it only runs on the PC.
2. The steering wheel, the main "controller" of the Emprator, is useless besides having a QR Code that the webcam with horrible video quality captures the code, you could use the keyboard to play Emprator games, making the steering wheel and webcam useless.
3. When you install the Emprator application on your PC, you were required to write a password, and guess what? You had to write a correct password in the app, there was no option “Forgot your password?”, but the manual didn't mention this, as Emprator's website went defunct meaning you can't use Emprator, so the only way to use it is to hack the application.
4. ONLY ONE commercial was made, which is the main reason why the plugin is so unpopular.
5. 9 games were released, and all games were made by the company, and all the games (except River Raid, is a direct and modified port of the Atari 2600) are awful and this is why they suck:
   1. The Car:
      • A generic racing game, and due to the very low video quality of the webcam, the controls are abysmal, It's very easy for your car to change direction even if you don't want your car to go and reverse gear missing, and also, the graphics are horrible and looks like it was made for a mobile game.
   2. Mirrors:
      • The "game" icon is hilariously bad, it's just a photoshopped image of a random man, and the gameplay is very limited and tedious. The guy in the photo is so hilarious, causing it to become a meme.
   3. River Raid:
      • Although a decent game, the graphics have aged very poorly by 2014 standards, The only modification is that there is a wall that forces you to gain a game over and it has very narrow blue triangles on the right and left sides.
   4. "Doesn't Work":
      • Emprator's worst game, the game icon is funny, the gameplay is very tedious and it's hard to win the game because this game uses the webcam more, and because of the horrible video quality, it's hard to beat the game. And to add more salt to the wound, even the Eyetoy (An add-on for the PS2, which is a type of primitive Kinect), which was made a decade (10 years) ago, had much better video quality and was fully functional.
   5. Constructor Ship:
      • It's just a generic 3D Tetris game, but with the spaceship placing the polygons.
   6. Ship in Darkness:
      • Very weak gameplay and so generic that it looks like it was made in a Scratch game.
6. False Advertising: On the packaging itself and the advertisement shown on television, it shows the child playing a realistic game that the gameplay is probably stolen, but having the console itself, neither of them are real.

The Only Redeeming Quality

1. The dashboard looks well done.
