"Heart of Stone" (Cœur de Pierre) is the fifty-sixth episode from Season 4 of Zig & Sharko, and the two hundred ninetieth episode overall. It is written by Nicolas Gallet and storyboarded by Sandrine Normand.
Bad Qualities
- Marina is slightly unlikable in this episode because she had a cold heart and she do bad things such as forcing a cat to jump under a fire circle, which is dangerous in real life.
- It is a bit of a torture episode for Sharko, because he try to having Marina getting emotions but it doesn't work and almost reject Sharko.
- The premise of the episode is interesting but very poorly executed and almost unwatchable.
- The scene where Marina cry like a baby is a bit annoying because it feel exagerated, we know that she seen the picture where she and Sharko are together but still...
- Not only does the writting is not great but also very repetitive.
- The action scenes are barely even entairtaining in this episode, aside from the last one where Marina is in complete tears, which is very unnaceptable for a Zig & Sharko episode, even by season 4 standards.
- Barely any funny moments are present, and even the attempts at comedy are not well made and just come off as annoying because it is mostly scenes involving Marina that doesn't care about being emotional.
Good Qualities
- Good Ending: At least Marina did found emotions again and stopped being so emotionless.
- The last plan of Zig was not bad and actually make senses because he use Marina tears to stop Sharko from him eating Marina, even if it doesn't make that much senses.
Trivia
- The title means that someone is being coldhearted.
- Several images of real life people are shown in this episode.
- Marina rocks a music with a guitar is the similar way that Marina rocks a music with a guitar in “Rockstar Marina”.
- The love scene of Blue Fish and Pink Fish in Titanic movie from “Titazig” is reused.
- The sad crowd watching the sad show with Pink Fish and Blond Dolphin like the crowd watching the clown show with Marina and Zig in “Clowning around”.
- Sharko’s reaction from "Sharko's Best Friend" is reused.
- Zig is putting Marina into the holes to splash Sharko is the similar way where Sharko stops the water splashes in the hole and Hades is trying to fix the engine in “Heat Wave”.
- This is the first time we see the eyes of Sharko's brain and heart.
