Hyper! Danganronpa H20: Abandon All Hope (also know as Hyper! Danganronpa H20 and HDRH20) is an English Danganronpa fangame created by Milkpunches. It is known for being the first complete English Danganronpa fangame[1]. It was based in a RP group the developer was in.

Abandoned Qualities

  1. Maya Canzanilla is an annoying, unlikeable protagonist.
  2. The characters only have three personality options, which are they being:
    • Very rude.
    • Very nice.
    • No personality at all.
  3. The "very rude" characters insults the protagonist without even knowing her.
  4. Class Trials are poorly executed and doesn't have the same fun as the original Danganronpa's class trial.
  5. The minigames aren't that challenging and are very simple to beat.
  6. The soundtrack is stolen from the original games.
  7. The developer only made this fangame for left-wing propaganda.
  8. The developer himself is toxic, rude and doesn't accept constructive criticism.[2]

Good Qualities

  1. Decent artwork and diverse character designs.
  2. The UI and atmosphere are unique, but it is still keeping the Danganronpa vibe.
  3. It contains some fun references to classical media.[3]
  4. As of 3rd of April, 2021, the developer is currently doing a remake, with more playable characters, a new story, and new and better graphics and sounds[4]. That might be a signal he's now accepting criticism, or is aware that this game is bad.
