So You See, This Is Why This Show Is Not A Jenius
- As usual with Dhar Mann's videos, they suffer from poor editing and cinematography.
- The scene in the first episode where Jayden tries to create electricity, the sparks and fire look completely fake.
- Poor acting from most of the actors, many of them are wooden and are barely emotive, just like most of Dhar's videos and series. One of the most noticeable examples is that the actor for Jeremy, when he speaks it looks like he's reading from a script as his eyes keep looking down instead of focusing on Jayden.
- Plotholes as usual because of Dhar's terrible writing.
- Why was Jayden expelled from school, just for being smart in certain areas? In fact, his older brother Mikey should have been expelled a long time ago for cheating on multiple tests and doing bad things while at school.
- How was Mikey able to hear his mom while his TV was too loud, he wouldn't have heard her easily considering he might have headphones on while playing video games.
- Poor research: In the first episode, the school letter looks unprofessionally written and has formatting errors to boot.
- Additionally, Thomas Edison's story that is used in the first episode is false.
- Jeremy doesn't get any karma for breaking Jayden's science project and for getting him falsely expelled, making him a karma houdini.
- Just like Dhar's other series, they are rushed out and they tend to end on cliffhangers, in which this will only have 2 episodes in it.
So You See, This Is The Only Redeeming Quality That Is A Jenius
- Jayden's actor Brendan Schroeder still does a great job with his role and is much more expressive than the show's other actors.
