Little Red Riding Rabbit is a 1944 Looney Tunes cartoon starring Bugs Bunny and was directed by Friz Freleng and written by Mike Maltese. It was notable for being the first cartoon to give Mel Blanc screen credit. The cartoon was voted #39 in the 50 Greatest Cartoons book.

Why It Rocks

  1. Bugs Bunny is even more funnier than before and never fails to make us laugh.
  2. A lot of hilarious moments such as Bugs Bunny making the Big Bad Wolf sing "Put On Your Grey Bonnet".
  3. Great voice acting by Mel Blanc, Billy Bletcher and Bea Benaderet.
  4. Funny running gag with Red interrupting Bugs and the Big Bad Wolf's chase.
  5. Great animation, especially during the 40's.
  6. The description of Red on this cartoon as an obnoxious bobby-socks girl is very funny and original.
  7. Wonderful music by Carl Stalling.
  8. The ending gag is funny and unpredictable.
