Little Roy is a live-action/animated series created by Alan Shannon. It first premiered on October 3, 2016, and ended on July 6, 2017.

Plot

The show follows the everyday life of five-year-old Roy O'Brien, a hyperactive and playful little boy. Little Roy is a live-action/animation hybrid with Roy as the main character. Each episode will follow a day in the life of the cartoon, as his cartoon abilities always cause some form of mayhem.

Bad Qualities

1. The main problem with this series is that it failed to put a 2D Animated character in a real-life world and make it look natural. Instead, it looks extremely jarring. It gives The Child Abuse Show commercial and Out of Jimmy's Head a run for their money.
2. Mediocre acting/voice acting, especially for Little Roy himself.
3. The theme song in this show is very annoying to listen to.
4. Lots of terrible episodes such as:
   1. "Chicken Pox"
   2. "Feeling Cloudy"
   3. "Teeth Trouble"
5. There are also very bad and weird moments when Roy does a thing, such as turning into a pizza in "Slice of Roy".
6. Little Roy is an unlikable character, due to the fact he makes lots of messes in the house.

Good Qualities

1. The theme song, while very annoying, can also be catchy depending on your view.
2. Sometimes this show can teach children good lessons like sharing, eating healthy food, doing exercise every day, and more.
3. The logo of the show looks decent.
4. While the show fails at making Little Roy look natural as 2D character in a live action environment, the animation on Roy is fluid.

Reception

Little Roy received mixed reviews in the internet having a 66% on Google and a 5.9/10 on IMDb.
