NASCAR Rumble is a racing video game developed by EA Redwood Shores and published by EA Sports. It was exclusively released on the Sony Playstation in 2000.

Why It Rumbles

  1. Sacrifices the realistic/simulation gameplay from previous NASCAR games in favor of a fun and challenging Mario Kart-style arcade gameplay.
  2. Over 30 cars to choose from, featuring NASCAR Winston Cup drivers, as well as Craftsman Truck drivers and unlockable Legends and bonus vehicles, including the likes of a golf cart.
  3. It also has a abilities, like oil to make the opponent wheels to slowing down.
  4. 18 circuits to race on, each circuit has own shortcut to make things easier to complete the race.
  5. Cool soundtrack.
  6. Five modes to choose from. (Standard/Cyber Team, Rookie/Pro/Elite)
  7. Very nice graphics by PS1 standards, with good cars model design.
  8. Entertaining and funny commentary from voice actor Jess Harnell.

The Only Bad Quality

  1. The AI can be extremely unfair due to used the cheap attack ability to make you slowing down from the opponents.
