Why It's Impactful

  1. An excellent roster with over 20 characters to choose from. This includes the entire Akatsuki members, the Konoha 12 and even characters like Killer Bee and Danzo.
  2. Tons of stages to battle on.
  3. Extremely fun gameplay similar to the Dynasty Warriors games. You can spend hours slashing through enemies like bandits and monsters
  4. A excellent story that covers most of Shippuden, from the first arc up to the battle with Naruto against Sasuke.
  5. Very tight and responsive controls.
  6. Excellent graphics for the PSP. This game has some of the best graphics on the system.
  7. Each character is unique and plays differently.
  8. Awesome animations.
  9. The game is even voice acted. You can switch from English of Japanese voices.
  10. Awesome soundtrack. Like most Naruto games, it sounds like it came straight out of the anime.
  11. Tons of flashy animations.
  12. The game even has a upgrade system based around cards.
  13. Tons of replay value. You can spend hours in battle mode.
  14. Tons of extra content.

Bad Qualities

  1. Collecting all the cards can be a hassle since you do get duplicates in packs.
  2. Dialogues in the combat are repetitive.

Reception

This game received extremely positive reviews. WatchMojo and TGN placed it at number 5 in both of their best Naruto game lists. The game has a score of 59 on Metacritic and a 7/10 on IGN.
