Like the classic cartoon show, the program is composed of two seven-minute Pink Panther shorts and a seven-minute Ant and the Aardvark short in between, retaining the main characters in both shorts though with some changes.
Groovy Qualities
- It stays 100% faithful to both classic series and the 1993 reboot.
- The Pink Panther is now more of a hip high-schooler, unlike he was in the original shorts.
- Great animation that look smooth and had a great art style that still look good today due to being colorful.
- The colors and backgrounds have a retro design and feel to it and manage to stay true to the original cartoon’s colors and backgrounds.
- Like the 1993 reboot, it was cartoonier and more slapsticky than the original shorts.
- Great theme music.
- The voice acting is very funny in the original shorts.
- The Tex Avery-style slapstick humor is extremely funnier than ever.
- It’s nice seeing the Pink Panther again.
- The character designs are well made and are faithful to the Pink Panther previous shows.
- The Tex Avery-style gags are very impressive. similar to Looney Tunes, Tom and Jerry, Tiny Toon Adventures and Animaniacs.
Not So Groovy Qualities
- The Little White Man is now known as Big Nose and is much more stupider than he was in the original shorts.
- The show might be decent, but it almost lacks the charm of the original series and and 1993 reboot had.
- There are some bad episodes, such as:
- Pinkarroni Pizza
- The Pink Is in the Mail
- Stop Pink for Directions
