"I guess I don't see it that way, cuz to me, they looked for us all those years."

Foo

The End and the Beginning is the 26th episode of season 2 and the overall series finale of the greenlit Nickelodeon TV series Harvey Beaks.

Plot

While playing a game with Harvey, the twins unexpectedly reunite with their long lost parents that they haven't seen for years.

Why It Rocks

  1. For starters, this episode introduces us to Bada and Grada, the parents of Fee and Foo in the flesh and solves the mystery of why we hadn't seen them in the series.
  2. It also tells us how Harvey, Fee and Foo first met and how the three became best friends.
  3. Speaking of Fee and Foo's parents it also shows that at some point they lost them and began searching for them and never stopped, showing just how much they care for their kids.
  4. An emotional heartwarming scene where Fee comes down the tree and hugs both her parents and another where Harvey, Fee and Foo cried for a short second during their goodbye party.
  5. Hilarious scenes such as Bada and Grada destroying the Fee and Foo decoys, thinking that they're trying to impersonate their children and Technobear accidentally breaking through the banner saying "Aight', bye Felicia!".
  6. Good Moral: No matter where your friends are, they will always be with you in heart. Both Miriam and Irving tell Harvey that when they saw how down he was after Fee and Foo's departure from Littlebark after reuniting with their parents.
  7. The scene where Harvey going up the swing past the safety limit while remembering all the fun times he had with Fee and Foo is very sweet and well-written as it reflects all the character development Harvey has gotten throughout the series.
  8. Great Ending: Rooter's dad, Mitch stops by the Beaks' residence with a letter from Fee and Foo which is very touching.
  9. Overall, this was a perfect way to end a great series, even though it was short-lived.
