Why It's Not Incredible
- Extremely static and poor graphics even for 2004 standards. The character models and backgrounds were completely recycled from the movie, resulting in them being horribly rendered. Even Half-Life had better-looking graphics, and that was released six years before this game.
- Awful sound effects.
- Lame mini-games. Each character in their normal and superhero form would have a mini-game, but most of them are bad, especially the Frozone mini-game because it's extremely short, simple and can be done in less than 13 seconds.
- This game is extremely short. It can be finished in less than nine minutes.
- Stiff and slow-motion animation, especially for Dash.
- Lack of action, unlike the movie.
- Mediocre voice acting, despite having some of the actors from the movie.
- Poor effort in adapting the movie's plot. There are lots of scenes that are absent from the movie.
- Poor controls.
- The game gets boring quickly due to very little content put into it.
- There are coloring pages in the main menu, making this game feel more of a kiddies game rather than an action game.
- The cutscenes are just film clips from the movie, which is basically lazy.
Redeeming Qualities
- Nice music.
- The minigame where you prank the teacher can be pretty funny.
- Edna is still a fun character.
- There is also a medium and hard mode, which does bring some challenge to the game.
