Why It Rocks

  1. Some extremely original writing for a long-lasting television series.
  2. The soundtrack is amazing and goes great with tone of the show, especially the unforgettable theme music.
  3. Very interesting and unforgettable characters, such as the two main protagonists, Fox and Dana.
  4. Each and everyone of the episodes is amazingly written.
  5. The acting in the show is beyond wonderful and astonishing.
  6. A good mixture of subtle, scary, suspenseful, dramatic and a couple of funny moments.
  7. Many, MANY unexpected amounts of twists and turns, which is basically what the show is built on.
  8. The cinematography and camera angles are astounding, capturing the tone of the show very well.
  9. The chemistry between Dana and Fox are great.
  10. It has become one of Fox’s most highly-praised and memorable live-action shows.
  11. It’s one of the very few long lasting TV shows that manages to keep the charm it had from beginning to end.

Bad Qualities

  1. The later seasons, while still enjoyable, aren't as good as the earlier seasons.
  2. The video game adaptions were not really good.

Reception
