"Tiara Trouble" is the eleventh episode in the first season of The Powerpuff Girls (2016).
Plot
The Mayor hosts a beauty pageant, and Mojo Jojo, The Gangreen Gang, Fuzzy Lumpkins, Princess and Bubbles participate to win a mysterious tiara that is actually cursed by Him. Bubbles succeeds in using her high-frequency singing voice to shatter the tiara when it possesses Princess.
Qualities That Do Not Deserve a Tiara
- Mojo Jojo's plan, while kinda funny, is very uncreative here, as he enters the pageant just to get the tiara and become a princess. Apparently, Fuzzy Lumpkins and the Gangreen Gang also enter it for some reason.
- Infamous moment where Bubbles does a "NO ME GUSTA" moment.
- The Mayor is idiotic for getting a cursed tiara from HIM, and he doesn't know that he is getting a cursed item from a villain and he thinks he is a "beautiful lady".
- Blossom and Buttercup were a bit unlikable as they push Bubbles too far to win the pageant.
Qualities That Deserve a Tiara
- The ending was okay with Blossom and Buttercup apologizing to Bubbles about pushing her too far. Then, the Professor says, "Well done!" and that he has the video on his tablet.
- Has a handful of funny moments; such as Mojo Jojo's imagine spot of claiming the tiara, Mojo's elimination before playing a piano, and Fuzzy getting sucked into the crown and escaping it.
- Bubbles is kinda likable in this episode, her singing power is also neat for her character.
