My Little Pony: Tell Your Tale is a American-Canadian-Malaysian Youtube series that premiered on April 7, 2022 on YouTube. The series is produced by Lil Critter Workshop.

Summary

Tell Your Tale showcases new sides of the Mane 5 and expands their universe in exciting new directions.

Bad Qualities

1. Much like My Little Pony: Pony Life, the main problem with Tell Your Tale is that is lacks the charm from its preceder; whereas Friendship is Magic focused on character development, lore and world building, Tell Your Tale pushes all of that to focus on slice of life, comedy and randomness. While it may be decent on paper, it is poorly executed.
2. Quantity over quality: Despite the show running for 10 months, there are already 46 episodes. Because of this, episodes, especially the later ones are lazy, rushed and shallow. However, as of January 12th, 2023, episodes are now released bi-weekly .
3. The humor, while not terrible, is cringeworthy or shallow for most part.
   • There is even toilet humor, which tells very out-of-place and childish for My Little Pony, such as Cloudpuff farting in “Puphunt”, A Bunnycorn pooping in “Baby Critters Club” and Sparky farting in three episodes, “The Hunted House” (which shows Sparky farting after drinking too much smoothies), “TBA” and “Sparky’s Sick”, which shows an infamous scene of Sparky farting in front of Misty.
4. While the show does have decent morals, some such as the “work and communicate together” moral is repetitively used in various episodes.
5. It tends to be hip and trendy with the modern world, such as using slangs like “memes” and the Mane 5 doing a trend on Clip Trot (a parody of TikTok), which the trend has been outdated, which causes Pipp to make a new trend with the same song but as a remix in which led them to getting viral.

Bad Qualities

1. The most noticeable issue with CookieRun: Kingdom is that the game still suffers from weak optimization, which has yet to be resolved since the game's debut, despite several feedback regarding optimization. CookieRun: Kingdom crashes constantly and it is slow at times, especially for mobile users, even if the player lowers down the FPS and the graphics. Because of Devsisters' ignorance, the game's optimization would become weaker in later updates, becoming unplayable for some.
2. Though the concept of Crystal Jams is decent, it is terribly executed. The most noticeable examples include:
   • Trial Grounds: A game mode where the player plays battles to get the Cookie's resonant ingredient to craft a Crystal Jam. Although it may not be a bad game mode, the player can only go up to 7 (or 10 via Kingdom Pass) battles in one trial.
   • Ascension Buffs: Once a Crystal Jam is level 15+, the player can access a feature named Ascension Buffs, a series of additional effects which can be unlocked via the Cookie's ascension levels. However, as the name suggests, it requires ascension, though Ancient, Legendary and Dragon Cookies, being the highest graded Cookies in game, are hard to obtain.
