Miraitowa and Someity (Tokyo 2020 mascots) deserve to be kept forever. If you don't know who they are, consider yourself unlucky and look them up for yourself. If you think that they are gone, don't worry as they have officially returned numerous times due to their extreme popularity in their home country. The designer for them even made Miraity (a fusion design of the 2) after the event. You may assume that they can't be used anymore because the event is over, but you'd be wrong as they still are (thank god).
My fursona (myself) is an anthropomorphic fox/phoenix/galah hybrid. I have all of the characteristics and powers that these 3 animals have. I'm also capable of telekinesis. Don't forget that thanks to a magical and robotic implant into myself, I can transform into a stronger protogen version of myself. Pretty cool huh?
When I am older, I want to move to Japan because the culture is so cool and unique! You thought that I (my fursona) was cool huh? Well I plan to make her have an entire franchise dedicated to her. That includes games, anime and merchandise! I'll care for the franchise and my employees, no product will be rushed. Also don't forget that I'll get a mascot costume/fursuit of myself too because of course I need one.
I have a YouTube channel where I draw art of things. You may see a lot of Pokemon but I just draw whatever I want (e.g my fursona/myself), not just Pokemons. I just currently like mostly doing digital art of Pokemons. But you may be asking "FoxGalah, isn't there some other things you like?". Well yes I do have other things I like, but I don't want to draw them. Minecraft is too blocky (yes I know you can unblock-ify it but still). Miraitowa, and Someity will have people request me to draw other sports mascots and I'm only really intrested in Miraitowa, Someity and to a lesser extent some of the other Olympics mascots. I'm not looking into any other type of sports mascot (e.g World Cup ones) because there's too many of these guys and I just wanna keep things simple with only the biggest sporting event. Another reason is I'm not that interested in sports, I just like Olympics Mascots because they're quirky characters who appeal outside of the sport-loving target audience. No, "games is over" is not actually a good reason as I'm not doing this to promote/celebrate the event as the mascots are a seperate entity from the event and can be repurposed. Drawing stuff related to Miraitowa and Someity when they've been succeeded is just like drawing Kirby Planet Robobot stuff when its been succeeded twice. Has been succeeded but people and official media still make content and like it. People only will complain because there's a more obvious date on it. Just look into Olympics mascots and see their returns in official media and fans keeping all of them alive. Miraitowa and Someity will only be mentioned in my videos and when I make fanart (which I have btw), it won't be uploaded onto YouTube or Twitter. I see no problems with doing Kirby so perhaps I may do that in the future.
