TelevisaUnivision is a media company with headquarters in the US and Mexico. It was formed in 1962 as a holding company for the Spanish International Network. The current incarnation was formed in 2022 after Univision purchased Televisa's content division.

Good Qualities

1. The company is best known for its Univision network which not only has produced content for the channel & aired a number of Televisa's programs but it has also been a leader in Hispanic US media and has been a household name.
2. Their sister channels are also good such as:
   • UniMas
   • Galavision
   • TUDN
3. Some of their programs that they produce are heavily unscripted or journalism-heavy and the company has also produced in-house soap operas (which is Televisa's cash-cow format) but Televisa themselves distribute those programs.
4. The company has also collaborated with Televisa on several productions which are remakes of the latter's soap operas.
5. Some of their talent (including their presenters and actors, whether they come from Televisa or Univision themselves) are incredible and well-talented.
