X-DuckX is a French animated television series, lasting 78 episodes, created by Jan Van Rijsselberge, directed by François Reczulski, and produced in 2001 by Alphanim, France 3 and Telepool.

Plot

Two ducks named Slax and Geexath do extreme sports and go on wacky adventures.

Why It Sucks

  1. The animation is horrible because the characters looks ugly as sin and very uncanny, it is by the same animation studio as Mona the Vampire and Corneil and Bernie which look better than this trainwreck.
  2. Most of the characters act annoying, unlikable or idiotic because the two characters portrayed as idiotic and stupid and annoy the whole town.
  3. The voice acting is bad in both American and French as they sound like either nails on a chalkboard or squeaky ducks.
  4. The entire show is a complete rip-off of Mighty Ducks: The Animated Series.
  5. The humor in the show is unfunny because the only source of comedy is facial expressions and the characters doing stupid things.
    • There’s gross out too like the scene where the characters have a snail coming out their tongue.
  6. This feels like Breadwinners from the 2000s (minus the butt jokes expect for that scene where one of the characters puts her butt on Geexath) because the characters annoy the whole town.
  7. Laughable bad names like the two characters Slax & Geexath.

Redeeming Qualities

  1. Some funny moments here & there.
  2. The theme song can be catchy to some.
  3. The German version of this show is way better because it’s the way the characters should speak.

Reception

X Duck X received mixed reviews on IMDB. It has a 6.7/10 rating on IMDb.
