Amouna Al-Mazyona (Arabic: أمونة المزيونة) or just simply Amouna (Arabic: أمونة) is an Emirati children's animated television series created by Amer Koch on Majid Kids TV. it premiered in 2015

Plot

It is true that Amouna's age does not exceed five, but her energy, imagination and creativity have no limits. She is the most famous and popular character of the channel, and in the episodes of her series, children get to know her world in which reality mixes with imagination, so that her daily diaries, which may seem ordinary, turn into amazing stories that highlight the power of imagination.

لماذا ليست المزيونة (Why It's Not Mazyona)

1. The problem is that the show's concept looks simillar to Caillou. and like Eliot Kid, this show done worse.
2. The flash animation (mosty in the first episodes) looks weak, cheap, poor, lazy, and very mediocre with many animation errors everywhere.
   • And the lip-syncing are also bad.
   • Also, some of the episodes reuses the animation models each.
3. Most of the episodes have filler scenes. which is really lame and boring.
4. Almost all of the characters are generic and clichés.
   • The main protagonist, Amouna is a girl who became a selfish and clichéd Mary Sue.
   • Her brothers Ali and Seif are very unlikable for abusing her like a jerk and they're notable Karma Houdinis like Amouna.
   • Their parents aren't that better. they're just "clichéd parents".
   • Most of the other characters are also generic and they're clichéd and stereotypical.
5. Simillar to an another arabic series Wuz Wuz & Bott Bott, The voice acting are poor, awful, and worse.
   • Especially when Amouna or someone screams, yells, or cries.
6. The art-style and character designs are pretty mediocre and bland.
   • The background designs are quite bad too.
7. Many good lessons and morals from the episodes are pointless.
   • It is also teaches bad lessons here and there.
8. The soundtracks are bland, awful, and repetitive.
   • And, the theme song are boring, and forgettable, and weak.
9. It has overused cartoon sound effects.
10. The opening sequence having the clip montage of the episodes.
11. The plots and humor are clichéd, generic, weak, and awful.
12. Some of the references from other media such as PlayStation, Super Mario Bros, Mario Kart, Apple, Google, Batman, Cut the Rope, etc.
13. Quantity over Quality: This show lasted way too long with a total of 153 episodes in three seasons and it's currently had no sign of it's ending.
14. It can get mean-spirited at times.

الصفات إنجاز (Redeeming Qualities)

1. The concept is actually nice. despite it's poorly excecuted.
2. The character designs are at least decent at times.
3. The character designs and animation can get improved in season 3.
4. Amouna can be likable sometimes.
5. Sometimes Amouna, Ali, and Seif does get comeuppances for most of his actions.
6. Despite the lessons are pointless, they can be decent.
7. Some heartwarming and funny moments.
8. There's a few good episodes.
