Series: Danger Girl

Danger Girl is a 2000 third-person shooter developed by N-Space and published by THQ only for the PlayStation. The game is loosely based on the comic book series of the same name, it has three scantily-clad women going on various adventures to fight the forces of evil.

Why It Sucks

  1. There are stiff tank controls; you can move in a curved line when running, but not when standing.
  2. The auto-aim only works whenever it feels like it due to bad hit detection.
  3. The cross-hair in Regular Mode is too slow, but in speed mode, it's too fast. Not only that, but in crosshair mode, there is something in your way, making shooting at something feel more difficult.
  4. There are quick time events in the game that will make your rip your hair out because of the fact that they are in this game.
  5. The objectives can be artificially difficult due to the poor controls.
  6. Poor use of the grasp material from the comics this game is based on, but in comparison with Croc, they both have poor grasp of the material that wasn't well executed.

Redeeming Qualities

  1. The voice acting is fitting with the characters.
  2. The graphics and character models are decent despite being blocky.

Reception

The game received negative reviews. On Metacritic it received 43/100 based on 10 reviews.
