Plot

Buford believes that the black belt he wore makes him invincible, but it causes trouble when the citizens of Ding-a-Ling Springs become servants.

Why Buford Treats You Like a Servant

  1. Buford is (if not) at his absolute worst in this episode. He treats the citizens of Ding-a-Ling Springs as servants because he wears a black belt that makes him look like a king.
  2. The opening scene starts with Dilweed announcing everyone to join in the Kung Fu Academy of Kung Fu, yet they deny his school with Buford laughing to Fungus while punching the cactus.
  3. Dilweed pulling spikes from Fungus' back is very dangerous since it can poke your skin and bleed in real-life.
  4. Plot Hole: Buford immediately wears a black belt, because Dilweed and Fungus put clothes and use detergent in the box to wash him and their clothes, makes no sense since in real-life people must train with their teachers in Kung Fu to get black belts.
  5. Pretty much of this episode is mean-spirited when Buford becomes invincible while wearing a "black belt", starting from stealing a soft-drink from a rabbit, who tells Buford to watch where you are going.
    • Not only that, there are times that Buford is very unlikable to the other citizens, such as scaring the ice cream clerk by making centaur kicks, just so he can eat ice cream.
    • He kicked the bear so that the latter can see the former wearing a black belt, causing him to become a servant.
    • He even taunted the piano clerk, who is a cat, by making more kicks; just to steal a piano.
    • And used a bull to pull the piano, because the bear was tired from walking and carrying it.
    • In Pinheads, he demands the Skunk to give him the pretzel
      • He even called the Skunk, "Gooberface", which is insulting.
    • Even worse, he gets mad at Hooves for letting him wear bigger socks, causing the latter to get launched (presumably) by a catapult.
  6. Buford eating the pretzel on the floor is disgusting.
  7. This filler scene:
    • Dilweed: "Do you feel anything yet?"
    • Fungus: "Yes! Wait, no."
  8. Stupid Ending: After Buford (and Hooves) got launched by the catapult, Quills congratulated DIlweed and Fungus for saving everyone in Ding-a-Ling Springs. But when the sky turns dark, it rains and the black belts turn out to be sausages, which DIlweed and Fungus eat them, much to Quills dismay.

Redeeming Qualities

  1. Everyone (except Buford) is likable in this episode.
  2. The scene where Quills turns into a Fu Fairy and puts Black Belts into Dilweed's head and Fungus' waist is a good scene.
    • The scene where Fungus drinks the soda while it sprays on its back is a funny scene.
  3. Even if the ending is stupid, at least Dilweed and Fungus defeated Buford, who was launched by himself in the catapult. Although it is revealed that Grandma Butternut fixes the black belt into a necktie, which makes the citizens angry at him.
