Jitter Fever is the 51st episode of Taffy
Plot
After Taffy bangs the shelf while laughing, he accidentally eats Mrs. Muchmore's Golden Bar smartphone, which causes a disease called Jitter Fever.
Why It's Jittery
- Nonsensical Premise: The episode features Taffy getting a jitter fever because he accidentally swallowed the golden bar phone from Mrs. Muchmore. This causes him to vibrate seriously and uncontrollably.
- This is a Taffy torture episode.
- The opening starts off with Mr. Fuffermin's dog jetting a jitter fever without explanation, which causes one of the animal control to send him to the clinic to have his dog checked.
- Bentley tries to frame Taffy but Forsythe interrupts his work in making 30 seafood salads; though the salads are made by Taffy instead, resulting in his work being complete.
- The scene where Bentley attempts to find jittery Taffy is rather painful to watch.
- Bad Ending: Bentley vomits the golden bar phone to Forsythe, causing him to jitter uncontrollably, and gets captured by Animal Control to have him checked. This results in Mrs. Highcost, Mrs. Networth, and Mrs. Allperfect to freak out and run away. After, Mrs. Muchmore tells Taffy and Bentley where is her golden bar phone, but they hide.
Redeeming Qualities
- Mrs. Muchmore, her friends, and Taffy are likable in this episode.
- Taffy attempting to vomit the gold bar phone by telling the dummy to punch on his back gives him a taste of his own medicine since he has to stop jittering himself in fear.
