Plot

In order to start a business for a class assignment, Lincoln and Clyde decide to sell Lincoln's girl expertise, only for it to end badly.

Why It's No Girl Guru

Wow, it's funny you girls find this hilarious considering the fact that you caused all of this.
  1. To start things off, it's yet another 11 minute Lincoln torture episode.
  2. Most of the characters are unlikable in this episode:
    • Lincoln's sisters are the most unlikable in this episode. When Lincoln and Clyde tried to make some chocolate pies for their class assignment, they ate all the chocolates that they needed to make the pies. Then when Lincoln and Clyde ran home from an angry mob and when Lincoln explained his situation, they laughed at him. (which will be explained below.)
    • Andrew, Rusty, Zach, Papa Wheelie, Flat Tire and Coach Pacowski are also no better because when they spotted Lincoln and Clyde hiding in two trash can, their response is to beat them up. While their anger at them is somewhat justifiable due to the fact that Lincoln gave out bad advice, chasing them and wanting to hurt them is too far, and that especially goes to to you too, Coach Pacowski!
  3. Albeit unintentionally, Lincoln's advice on girls are based on his past experience with his sisters, which not only made it unintentionally sexist, but failed due to the fact that their personalities are very different from his sisters such as:
    • He told Andrew to give Jordan a Dutch oven, seeing as how Lynn did that to impress him, which ended with Girl Jordan getting angry with him and chased him through school, wanting to give him a wedgie.
    • He told Rusty to make Sadie fall for him by wearing a suit of armor and riding on a stallion, seeing as how this worked in one of Lola's bedtime stories, only for them to get injured off-screen.
    • He told Zach to impress Kat with his basic chemistry skills, seeing as how Lisa wanted Dylan Cornheiser to do this before they interacted, only for it to cause an explosion due to Zach being bad at chemistry, resulting in Kat's hair being burnt.
    • He told Papa Wheelie to put a frog in Joy's pants, seeing as how Lana likes it when somebody does this to her, which ended with a gaggle of girls chasing him through school wanting to beat him up.
    • He told Flat Tire to take Mollie to a funeral, seeing as how Lucy enjoys going to these events, only for her to say no.
    • He told Coach Pacowski to give Mrs. Johnson joke flowers, seeing as how Luan frequently uses her gag squirt flower whenever she feels like doing it for comedy, only for it to squirt in her hair, angering her.
  4. The infamous and mean-spirited scene where Lincoln's sisters laugh at him after he tells them what happened, which only made them even more unlikable.
  5. This episode tries so hard to make it look like it was all Lincoln's fault that his girl guru business went up in flames, when in reality, it was his sisters fault. If they hadn't eaten the chocolate he need to make the chocolate pies, then this whole mess could've been avoided.
  6. Some animation errors, such as:
    • When Luan is counting her money earned from selling balloon animals, she is counting by ones starting with 98. But the monetary value of the bills is $20 and she has at least 7 of them, meaning she has approximately $140.
      • In addition, some of the 20's on the $20 bills Luan is holding are inverted.
    • When the crowd are holding their pies ready to throw Lincoln, some people in the crowd were doubled.
    • Jordan is supposed to chase Andrew and while she is with Joy and his friends to chase Papa Wheelie.
  7. Bad Ending: As a way of making it up to the people he gave bad advice to, Lincoln and Clyde decide to start a new business opportunity by selling pies to people to pelt at Lincoln as revenge for the bad advice he gave them.
  8. Lincoln's sisters never got punished for ruining Lincoln's business, thus making them Karma Houdinis.
  9. It's sister episode isn't any better.
Oh, come on!

Redeeming Qualities

  1. Lincoln, Clyde, Liam, Sadie and Lynn Sr. are all likable characters.
  2. Though despite being unlikable, Lincoln's sisters does have a good point, not everyone is the same.
  3. Lincoln and Clyde singing "Shortnin' Bread" at the beginning of the episode is very good to listen to.
  4. As always with most episodes of the show, the voice acting and the animation is still good.
  5. There are some hilarious moments here and there.

Trivia

  • Mrs. Johnson's first name is revealed to be Agnes.
  • Lincoln's sisters love chocolate, causing Lincoln to call them "chocoholics".
    • Coincidentally, the episode premiered in the United States on International Chocolate Day.
