Meatball Party is the 19th episode of the 1st season, of Teen Titans Go!

Synopsis

When trying to entice Raven, into joining a meatball party, Cyborg gives her in, and eats the half-meat, half-robot mystery meatball, cracking her tooth, and releasing the demon octopus, that lives in her mouth.

Why It’s An Abhorrent Party

  1. This episode has two major problems. It's a Raven torture episode, and Cyborg is highly unlikable, throughout the episode. He's even at the point, where he comes off as a sadistic psychopath, who likes to watch his friends suffer.
  2. At the beginning of the episode, if you listen closely, you can hear stock sound effect, of a human baby giggling, that's used for Silkie. This is out of place, and contradicts the entire Teen Titans franchise, in general, because Silkie makes pig-like noises, he never made sounds, that sound, like a human baby.
  3. Cyborg throws a, "meatball party", and the other titans, except Raven, join in. It's not funny, it's just annoying!
    • To make matters worse, the gag returns in Nean, as if it needed an encore.
  4. Cyborg begins to pester Raven, to join his party, and his ways are rather criminal, because he stalks, and harasses Raven REPEATEDLY, to the point, where she can't sleep, bathe, or use the bathroom. What kind of friend is that?
  5. Cyborg, then gives Raven, a meatball, containing sharp metal objects, which he calls a, "cyborg meatball". This only cracks her tooth, luckily. However, it comes off more as malicious, because GIVEN IT CONTAINS SHARP METAL OBJECTS, HE COULD'VE SERIOUSLY INJURED RAVEN, OR MADE HER SEVERELY ILL. Metal is very dangerous to ingest. He intentionally hurt his friend, because he thought it was funny! This is worse, than the time Brian Griffin gave Stewie Griffin herpes, in the Family Guy episode,"Herp, The Love Sore". Can Cyborg get any crueler?
  6. Robin only decides it's a problem when the monster that lives in Raven's mouth, starts eating teammates.
  7. The montage, where the monster beats up Cyborg, though satisfying, is annoying.
  8. Why does Beast Boy love the silent treatment? Those are usually cruel.
  9. Afterwards, when Cyborg tries to make things right, he fills Raven's tooth, with ground meat. This is a bad idea, because the meat will eventually spoil, and give her cavities, and gingivitis, so, Cyborg hurt his friend, again.
  10. Half-bad ending: Cyborg didn't learn his lesson and continues to annoy Raven.

Redeeming Qualities

  1. The dentist scene, is decent.
  2. Raven playing charades, and drawing to communicate, was neat to watch.
  3. Half-good ending: At least Cyborg apologized, even though he really didn't mean it.
  4. As mentioned in Why It's An Abhorrent Party #7, Cyborg gets some comeuppance for his actions, by getting beat up by the monster.
