My Little Pony Equestria Girls - Friendship Games is a 2015 Canadian-American flash muscial sports fantasy film sequel to 2014's My Little Pony Equestria Girls - Rainbow Rocks. it was directed by Ishi Rudell. this was a first Equestria Girls film not to be directed by Jayson Thiessen. It was released on September 26, 2015.
Plot
At the brink of the Friendship Games approach, which plays the game for 4 years, The Mane 5 including Sunset Shimmer was confused about Twilight Sparkle, (Who wasn't the same human character from the first two Equestria Girls movies) wasn't acting the same way as Princess Twilight Sparkle, instead, She is Sci-Twi, abd she attended at Crystal Academy, not Canterlot High School. and at Friendship Games, the Mane 5 including Sunset Shimmer, were still having a confusing Twilight Sparkle in there, she ruined the games, and Sunset Shimmer confuses gets mad at Sci-Twi and she runs away in tears, At evening, At the front of the school with the other students, Sci-Twi suddenly turns into Midnight Sparkle and she destroyes the Horse statue, and The mane 5 saves the students from falling into the the holes, and Sunset Shimmer stop Midnight Sparkle and she comes back to Sci-Twi and they all cheer for The Mane 5,
At the end of the film, Princess Twilight from the first two Equestria Girls movies came (and she was presumably mentioned about Starlight Glimmer from "The Cutie Map" 2-Part episode and it took place between the fifth season and the sixth season) and she was suddenly shocked when she saw another Twilight Sparkle, (Sci-Twi) and she waves and smiles nervously. Twilight Sparkle smiles nervously and she ponts it out and saids,"Think that, the second strangest!"
Why It Rocks
- This film introduces Sci-Twi, who isn't the same Twilight Sparkle from the first two Equestria Girls movies, she was a sad-nervous looking nerdy character who becomes Midnight Sparkle, the villain.
- Midnight Sparkle is a good villain, as she is more darker than Sunset Shimmer's demonic form.
- Awesome voice acting.
- Like the first two movies, it's a really well written story with the the games of human life.
- All the Mane 6 included Sci-Twi and Sunset Shimmer in their group of friendship, which was well demonstrated.
- Catchy songs.
Bad Qualites
- Yet again, the chemistry between Flash Sentry and Twilight is still forced.
- The pacing is too fast
Trivia
- The fight of Midnight Sparkle was almost the same battle of Sunset Shimmer from the first Equestria Girls Movie.
