NFL Xtreme 2 is an American football game released in 1999 for the PlayStation console. It is the second and last game in the NFL Xtreme series.

Why John Randle Would Destroy It

  1. Like its predecessor, it is a rip-off of NFL Blitz.
  2. While the first game had various humor, this game howewer does barely had any humors, the first game in comparison has way more humor than that!
  3. Poor voice acting by NFL players, since it sound muffed and overall off, as well as being bland.
  4. The play-by-play announcer is also bad, and sound terrible.
  5. Again, the field is 80 yards long.
  6. The graphics are horrible, even for a 1999 game, since the players models are horribly bad, and the overall colors look terrible as well as the textures being blocky, even Fighting Force 2 look better than this!
  7. Terrible controls that are very unresponsive and slow, it almost like they forgot how to make a good sport game.
  8. The playbook design is worse than the one in the first game.
  9. Bland, generic in-game music that is extremely forgettable, you can forget it in litteraly 30 minutes, kind of like Ojamajo Doremi Dokkan: Nijiiro Paradise and M&M's Adventure.
  10. Skimpy-wearing cheerleaders at the loading screen which is unfitting and inappropriate for a E rated game and could be more appropriate if the game had a T rating.
  11. Repetitive gameplay, the gameplay could have been amazing and fun if it was well made, howewer that game wasn't well made, and it come of as boring due to how poor it is, and it is overall one of the worst NFL game on the PS1 because of this.

Reception

NFL Xtreme 2, much like its predecessor, received unfavorable reviews from the critics. GameSpot gave it a 3.9 out of 10.
