Sheep in The Big City is a 2000 short-lived animated series on Cartoon Network. It was created by Mo Willems.

Plot

Tired of life on the farm, a Sheep decides to move into the big city.

Why It Rocks

  1. An idea about a Sheep living life in the city is a pretty original idea for a show.
  2. Great animation made in Rough Draft Studios.
  3. Funny antagonists are General Specific, Private Public, and The Angry Scientist.
  4. Sheep is a likable and funny protagonist.
  5. Well thought of episode plots.
  6. Creative designs and art style.
    • The show's art style is in Mo William's signature art style that he use in his children's' books like his world famous “Don’t Let The Pigeon Drive The Bus!”
  7. Excellent voice acting.
  8. Cool theme opening and soundtrack.
  9. Hilarious names for the characters. For example, General Specific and Private Public both have oxymoronic names, and Lisa Rental is a parody of "lease a rental".

Baaa-ad Qualities

  1. Some unlikable characters like Lady Richington.
    • Lisa Rental can be annoying at times.
  2. "Mistaken Identi-Sheep" is arguably the worst and weakest episode in the series.
  3. Ben Plotz' (the narrator of the show) complaining can be pretty annoying and irritating.
