Plot

Disturbed by the corruptive influence Paris Hilton has on all little girls in South Park, one of the town's favorite citizens challenges her to a "whore-off."

Why It's Corruptive

  1. For starter, this is a massive torture episode for both Wendy and Cartman, as they both are rejected for no reasons.
    • Not to mention that this episode is a rehash of one of the episode in season 6, "Professor Chaos", which was howewer a great episode and was a torture episode done right, howewer, here it is one of the worst torture episode of the whole show, maybe even worse than "The Hobbit"
  2. Paris Hilton is somewhat poorly designed, despite being accurate to her appearance in the real life, not to mention that it isn't the best looking design of the show and there's way better looking whores in the show.
  3. For some reasons, the main characters, except Cartman later, doesn't had any roles at all, the only time we see Kyle and Stan are when they are in the party, not only that but despite the main role being for Wendy, it use it in the worst way possible and is poorly executed, although there's still a lot of good episodes that focus on Wendy.
  4. Almost all of the characters are unlikable with the exception of Wendy, Butters, Cartman, Mr. Slave and Mr. Garrison.
    • Wendy's friends are at their absolute worst in this episode (even worse than in "Marjorine" too), since they reject Wendy when she try to imitate the bitchs, saying that she's not a true whore, while this is true, it wasn't said in the best way and just show how mean spirited they can be to Wendy or other characters.
    • Paris Hilton is somewhat unlikable and had zero development at all, since her only purpose is to get sex (as intended), and trying to capture Butters, not to mention that she is somehow even worse than Wendy friends because of the fact that she said that if Butters parents give Butters to her, they get 200 millions of dollars (which was gone to 250 millions of dollars), just to torture him a lot.
    • Butters parents are also very unlikable, first they want to ground Butters because he was with Paris Hilton, and then when he escaped of her car, they punished him because they lost 250 millions of dollars, Do you even know what family love is, both of you, seriously?!
  5. The title is nonsensical, since despite being a name for a product in the episode, it honestly sound more like a pornographic video title you would found if you remove playset in the title.
  6. Paris Hilton want to get Butters as a boyfriend, which is extremely disturbing since Butters is a minor and Hilton is an adult, not even Butters that is naive would want a relation with her, and it show in this episode.
  7. As stated before, Wendy friends are at their absolute worst here, since they are incredibly mean-spirited, and they even had the right to insult peoples such as Wendy, or Cartman.
    • Speaking about Cartman, while it's true that Cartman did lot of bad things, they could at least try to invite him to the party just for that time, and when he tried to get invited, they didn't even let him a chance, which is incredibly mean-spirited.
      • To make things much worst, when Cartman get passed, they didn't commented good things on him, while for all of the other boys, they get commentary, but even that isn't even good since they do it in such a way that in real life you might never even want to come and it doesn't help that some of them feel like they forced themself, we can clearly see that Clyde was shocked when the girls said something on him, and not in a good way.
    • They even didn't let Wendy at the party, despite being one of their best friends, as they we're not happy when she enter their party, which just show how unlikable they are in this episode.
  8. Some of the characters that are present a lot in the series aren't present here, which give a lot of missed oportunity, Chef being the best exemple of a character that isn't present.
  9. As you could see, the episode is filled with a lot of horribly mean-spirited moments to the point that it could almost being on par with Ren & Stimpy: "Adult Party Cartoon", since:
    1. The characters insult themself for absolutely no reasons, especially Wendy friends that insult Wendy for no reasons except if they didn't wanted to get Wendy with them.
    2. Cartman being excluded from Barbara party.
    3. Butters parents punishing Butters just because they lost a 250 millions of dollars, and we can completely understand Butters as of why he did escaped from the car.
    4. The girls ignoring Cartman.
    5. Paris Hilton being a creep to Butters.
  10. Lot of horribly disturbing and innapropriate moments, even for a South Park episode, such as when Butters touching Paris Hilton panty when she sleep, which is innapropriate and could almost give pedophilic message, since again, Butters is a minor and Paris Hilton is an adult.
  11. Horrible ending.

Redeeming Qualities

  1. At least Wendy, Butters, Cartman, Mr. Slave and Mr. Garrison are likable in this episode, and we can easily feel bad for most of them, especially Wendy and Cartman, as well as for Butters.
    • Wendy's friends are also likable at the end when they apologise to Wendy, though they didn't apologized to Cartman, although they don't like him.
  2. There's one funny moment, when Cartman insult the girls that ignored him, but even then they ignore his insults and this almost ruin this moment, it is also satistying because of how horrible they are in this episode overall.
  3. Good animation as usual.
  4. Cartman is the only one to got a real role, except it is much latter, it is at 11 minutes where he first appear.
  5. Paris Hilton portrayal can be funny to some, despite how bad of a person she was to Butters.

Trivia

  • As a running gag throughout the episode, Paris Hilton coughs up globs of semen onto her hand, as well as throwing up feces at the beginning of the episode. This was confirmed by Trey Parker in the DVD commentary.
    • The commentary also states that this episode voiced the creators' contempt for Paris Hilton's whorish behavior, claiming that her promoters were "not only telling little girls to laugh at her, but to be her". Furthermore, they asserted Hilton was ugly by calling her "a total dog".
  • Paris Hilton reacted to the episode by saying, "I haven't seen it, but when people copy you, that's like the most flattering thing, so whatever people can say, I just laugh about it. It doesn't matter to me." Matt later commented on this by saying, "That shows just how fucked up she is. That's terrible that she's flattered by it."
    • However, in her book Paris: The Memoir written in 2023, Hilton reveals that when she finally watched her portrayal, she felt hurt. Furthermore, responding to what Matt said, she said that her initial reaction was a "muted red-carpet response", saying, "My not wanting to watch his cartoon about my dog being shot and me coughing up ejaculate — that’s evidence of how fucked up I am."
  • The gun that Paris Hilton's dog Tinkerbell used to kill herself is a Colt revolver.
  • On the commentary of "South Park's Greatest Hits", Matt Stone states that when making fun of the celebrities, it is "not personal, just ripping on the idea of celebrity itself", but that this whole episode was "pretty much fuck Paris Hilton". Trey Parker then says at the end of the commentary, "Paris Hilton, you are a dumb bitch".
  • Cartman is the only one of the four boys to have a role in this episode. Kyle and Kenny have no lines in this episode, while Stan's only line is "Oh, thank god".
