Super Zeroes is the 7th episode of The Powerpuff Girls from season three.

Why It's Zeroes

  1. This episode has a completely wasted potential that would make it good, as the Powerpuff Girls dress up as superheroes from the comics in order to have powers, but since the comic book superheroes that the girls wear have backfired, it is treated horribly.
  2. The girls are out of characters as they want to be superheroes based on the comic books, despite they are superheroes.
  3. The premise of superheroes become better heroes based on the comic books is stupid.
  4. For "better" heroes, the problems go with these:
    • Liberty Belle (Blossom), she needs a ride to get in the criminal scene, but the traffic is jammed.
    • Harmony Bunny (Bubbles), she needs a pogo stick to "hop" into the criminal scene, but the jump speed was so slow.
    • Mange (Buttercup), she has to be at night and in the dark place.
  5. Not to mention, all of these situations would be a Powerpuff Girls torture episode.

Hero Qualities

  1. Professor Utonium, the mayor and Steve the monster are likeable as they call out the girls for being "better heroes".
  2. Good ending: Steve the monster calls out the girls for their no-shows (because they thought they'd be better with flashy costumes and different transportations) and didn't even fight him right on the third day he came to destroy the city. He lives on Monster Island, where if a monster that attacks Townsville (subsequently fighting the Powerpuff Girls) and returns alive is proclaimed a hero. In the end, he tells them that they don't need flashy costumes and different transportation or anything else because they still have the bravery and courage to save the day. The girls realize he's right and beat him up in their usual fashion, makes him satisfied.

Trivia

  • This episode shows that Bubbles can speak to another language, this one is Japanese. The other one is Spanish from Nuthin' Special.
