do we should belong this episode to good media?

well since usually the bad media has bad qualities that exceed those good qualities in amount, then why this episode is supposedly to be mediocre at worst? especially if someone add more good qualities to the point exceeding those bad qualities, the page would be declared as good media, with average heading, got it?
