Summary
Moxxie gets to lead a mission for the first time, and things sure do happen.
Why This Episode Should Be Assassinated
- Moxxie is treated horribly for no reason. It ends up not being funny since it isn't warranted.
- The episode is mostly just filler.
- The girls (and Moxxine) parody overused 'valley girl' stereotypes, despite it not being relevant or funny anymore.
- "Hey, Everybody Look at Me!" was an overwhelmingly annoying, unfunny song. And it was pretty out of character compared to Moxxie's usually timid nature.
- Millie and Moxxie get into an unwarranted, stupid argument for the sake of the "third-act disagreement". It's a poor attempt to characterize Millie. Just characterize Millie instead of throwing Moxxie under the bus!
- Barbie Wire is finally introduced, only for nothing interesting to be done with her.
Happy Qualities
- Nice to see Moxxie in drag again.
- Barbie Wire's first appearance.
- The animation and voice acting is still good as usual.
- The tracks for the episode like "Regular Joe", and "You Got the Power (Millie's Big Show)" are pretty catchy.
Reception
Many fans and critics were disappointed with the quality of this episode upon its release. It currently stands at 6.1 on IMDb, making it the lowest-rated episode.
