About your recent edits

Why do you not want other people editting your pages? They're only trying to help you and only want to improve your pages. Heck, you get upset whenever someone like me contributes to your sandbox. Why? Why can't anyone help you edit it either? I let users edit my pages and sandbox and I don't complain about it, because it's called teamwork, and stuff like that can actually build a page.

Also, why do you want headers to exclusively be in lower caps? Putting the first words of each letter in headers in upper caps makes the page more professionally written, and also makes it more consistent with other pages, and speaking of headers, we don't add "Why It" captions to "Redeeming" or "Bad Qualities" sections, because those are only for "Why It Sucks" and "Rocks" sections, and it also makes pages look confusing regarding their reception.

One last thing: why won't you allow Batman and Robin to be in the Bad media category or Bad films category? The movie was poorly recieved by critics and fans and is highly regarded as one of the worst movies ever made. Have you even looked at YouTube reviews or the scores on sites like IMDB or Rotten Tomatoes? Those should be a sign saying just how dreadful the film is, heck, even the Nostalgia Critic hated it during his glory days. SuperStreetKombat (talk) 21:03, March 8, 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]

  1. Simply, I don't need anybody to edit my pages while they're under construction. I'm not opposed to edits after the fact if they're reasonable.
  2. I think they look better aesthetically, and while aesthetics are subjective, I believe it helps show some personality.
  3. Calling Batman and Robin "one of the worst movies ever made" from both an artistic and production standpoint is just simply untrue. Also, using review sites isn't exactly a winning move, considering how movies like Cuties have a high critic score on Rotten Tomatoes, and movies like The Flash have a high audience score, with both movies being objectively worse than Batman and Robin. I'm not trying to say the movie is amazing, Joel would've been the first to tell you otherwise, but to say it's downright bad is a gross exaggeration of the truth. Hell, I watched the movie last week, it's a solid 5 or 6 out of 10. Simply put, the movie's reputation is grossly exaggerated. These are my main arguments.

@MisterSandmanAU Being aesthetic has nothing to do with letters being uppercased or lowercased; it's just that putting them in the former in headings makes the pages look better written and more consistent with other pages. Also, if we're going by your logic of making headers entirely lower cased to be unique, then we'd probably have to do that with every other page on this wiki in order to make them look more consistent.
Also, just because you think Batman and Robin is average at best, considering its otherwise worse reception, doesn't mean that it objectively is average; that's called an opinion. You can think differently of the movie, if you want, but don't go around treating what you say about it as a fact; it just makes you look dismissive of what others say about the movie from an objective standpoint and you won't even take what they say into account. also this is a reception wiki so if it recieved at least mixed-negative reviews no matter how much you like the film (like me with Batman Forever) you have to make the page reflect that like i did with your batman forever page ToTheEdge (talk) 00:54, March 9, 2024 (UTC)Reply[reply]
