Zargles is the second half of episode 4 and the 8th episode of Season 3, as well as the 94th episode overall of Rocket Monkeys
Plot
When the monkeys watch a violent robot TV show, one of the robots says "Zargles" (pronounced it as "Jargles"), which makes the monkeys blurt "Zargles" out loud in the spaceship. Yay-OK protest the monkeys to stop saying that word.
Why It Goes "Zargles" (In A Bad Way)
- The Rocket Monkeys are also hypocrites, with Yay-OK asking both of them to stop blurting "Zargles", yet they refuse to do so.
- The Rocket Monkeys saying "Zargles" are annoying at best, which happens a lot. Also, this episode is mean-spirited too.
- This is a Yay-OK torture episode.
- Misleading Title Card: Yay-OK is seen using soap to wash Wally's mouth, but saying "Zargles", but he never uses it to clean the latter's mouth. Instead, the monster puts soap in Yay-OK's mouth for saying "Zargles" one last time.
- Also, the title card is mean-spirited to watch.
- During one of Gus and Wally's fantasies, there is a scene where the monkey carries a one-eyed lion, with the latter pooping his diaper, blurting "Zargles", which is gross-out and painful to watch.
- This episode insults The Terminator and The Lion King, in which the robot and the monkey say "Zargles".
- In one infamous scene, Gus and Wally yell "ZARGLES!!", but Yay-OK angrily growls at them for not saying that word, which is mean-spirited.
- Yay-OK holding a paper bag, containing monkey feces (which is referred to it as business) is gross. He even dropped it after that.
- The flashback scene where young Gus says "Zargles!" and unleashes the monster is nonsensical.
- When the monster arrives in the galaxy, not only Gus and Wally point at Yay-OK for saying "Zargles" once, but also Dr. Chimpsky, indicating that they are stupid enough to notice that it is the monkeys' fault for saying lots of times.
- Stupid Ending: After the monster puts soap on Yay-OK, the latter teaches the monkeys some lesson about saying the word lots of times, but they do not seem to care as they keep swearing a lot, along with Yay-OK and Dr. Chimpsky swearing at the end.
Redeeming Qualities
- Yay-OK and Dr. Chimpsky are likable characters in this episode.
- There are some funny moments:
- Dr. Chimpsky's line: "Sweet granny knickers!"
- The scene where Yay-OK acts like a monster.
- This episode has a "so bad, it's good" feel.
