Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger: Game on Gaburincho (獣電戦隊キョウリュウジャー ゲームでガブリンチョ!! Jūden Sentai Kyōryūjā Gēmu de Gaburincho) is a video game based off Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger that was released for the Nintendo 3DS on August 8, 2013.

Bad Qualities

Note: This game has most of the same problems as Power Rangers Megaforce

  1. Extremely muddy graphics for a 3DS game. Keep in mind, Mighty Morphin Power Rangers on SNES came out back in 1994, and it looks way better.
    1. Mighty Morphin Power Rangers released on the Gameboy in 1994, and that game was way better than this one, both in gameplay and visually.
  2. Each Ranger pretty much plays the same.
  3. The voices, despite being good, are very annoying and will never shut up. They often pop up during a level just to bother you, and give out very useless information,
  4. Very repetitive gameplay. All you do is mash buttons to defeat enemies and move right, then beat up some more enemies and occasionally smash objects or jump.
  5. Stiff controls.
  6. Odd level design.
  7. You can select which Ranger you want to play as, but it's pointless as the game sometimes forces you to play as a certain Ranger during a level, and you can't change back.
  8. Story is very generic, and it just a typical "bad guy wants to take over the world story".
  9. Bad level design.
  10. Very short, you can beat the game in 3 hours.
  11. The game gets boring really fast.
  12. Weirdly, the game was never translated into English as a Power Rangers Dino Charge game, although that might be a good thing depending on your view
    1. The game was reskinned as Power Rangers Megaforce, and well that game didn't turn out any better.

Good Qualities

  1. Stays faithful to the source material despite the generic story.
  2. Younger kids and fans of the show may enjoy it.
  3. There is a mode where you can use the 3DS camera to turn yourself into a Kyoryuger, which is admittedly pretty awesome, and young kids and fans of Kyoryuger/Dino Charge will get a kick out of it.
  4. The game is at least playable, just really boring
  5. All the voice actors reprise their roles from the show.
  6. Good soundtrack.
  7. It certainly isn't the worst 3DS game of all time (especially when terrible Eshop-only games such as Escape From Forest, My Little Baby 3D, Crazy Hunter, Soccer Shootout and Games for Toddlers exist)
