Biatches is an American adult animated comedy web series produced by Bento Box Entertainment and released on Comedy Central's website on September 4, 2014.
Plot
Dana and Julia are two teenage girls who ruin others' lives for the fun of it.
Why It's a Real Biatch
- Ugly character designs, especially Ms. Klitnick's and Dana's that looks like a rejected Rugrats characters.
- Disgusting and poor attempts to humor, such as Dana and Julia using the men's restrooms, both girls bouncing on balloons stuffed in their panties for sexual pleasure, and ruining Shelley's campaign by pinning the blame on her for smearing pubic hair on Julia's poster. Yes, really.
- Bad voice acting. It sounds as if the voice actors weren't even trying.
- The main characters, Dana and Julia, are completely unlikable, even though they're supposed to be female counterparts to Beavis and Butt-Head, except with no charm, even worse, and even more disgusting and annoying.
- Stilted animation with very messy outlines that tries way too hard to be like South Park but fails miserably just like another horrible show that premiered on the same network 2 years later. Keep in mind, that this show aired on the same network as South Park and Legends of Chamberlain Heights, which is Comedy Central. The fact that this show was produced by the same studio behind the aforementioned Legends of Chamberlain Heights isn't helping matters at all.
- Abysmal dialogue, like Dana saying, "Show me your vagina!" for example.
- Speaking of which, Dana's line shown above is considered sexual harassment.
- The protagonists are supposed teenagers, making the show seem ephebophilic due to its overuse of sexual jokes.
- Removing Dana & Julia, all the other characters are just forgettable with little or no personality, like Hot Hairy Croatian, who is just a stereotypical Alpha Bastard, and Ms. Klitnick, who feels like a tasteless representation of Jewish people and African Americans.
- The series has pretty bad morals like
- Going to the boys' bathroom when you are a girl.
- Interrupting someone's date.
- Talking to someone who is in toilet use.
- Skipping school.
- Lying.
- Vandalizing posters.
The Only Redeeming Quality
- If you want to laugh at how bad this show is, it can lead to a "so bad, it's good" vibe, with tons of humorous moments, especially if you're eating Jack in the Box.
Reception
Even though Biatches never had a single review by critics, it was universally panned by audiences. It currently has a 1/10 on IMDb, where over 97% of voters rated it 1 star, making it the lowest-rated Comedy Central show ever.[1]
