how do I start requests for comments?

I’m trying to start a rfc for whether I should be an admin or not because 1. I have 1850 edits and I have been very active since June. 2. I fixed almost all the likeable, reedeming qualities, and the Unlikeable typos in the main space. 3.I don’t have bad behavior here. 4.Robin1020th, one of the admins, is impressed with my work and thinks I should be an admin. I’m not criticizing the admins at all, but this is my complaints about not being an admin yet.--ChessGuy66 (talk) 20:20, October 3, 2023 (UTC)

As far as I'm aware, there's no RfC-adjacent process; I did create a draft for an RfP page (which you tried to make a request on but was stopped by an abuse filter), but it's not official yet. Tali64³ (talk) 21:04, October 3, 2023 (UTC)

Would be nice but seems inconvenient at this point. I'm not bothered enough to pressure about it or oblige others to chase the white rabbit so to speak.
