Sometimes, there are shows made when they are not supposed to. This includes television hijacks, dubs, spin-offs, and even rip-offs. The company could end up getting sued or worse, shut down for making those types of shows (For example, 4Kids Entertainment went out of business due to being sued by TV Tokyo). It will also include copyrighted elements used without permission from the original company. Some can't be shown on YouTube due to copyright infringement, and the users who would upload those kinds of shows would end up getting a copyright strike and/or getting their YouTube channel terminated (as seen in the category image).
