"The Chaff" it's the 25th episode of the fifth season of Teen Titans Go!.

Plot

Control Freak uses fake "deleted scenes" to drive the Titans' show to its deletion.

Why We Wanna Pay 10 Million Dollars to Remake This Episode

  1. The episode it's a full and lazy rehashement of "The Fourth Wall " from the third season and "Classic Titans" from the fourth, cause both episodes involve Control Freak interrupting the show Titans were watching, proceeds to criticize it and the reality gets modified.
    • Not to mention, it's yet another pointless hater episode, where the at the end Titans accept whoever they are and their bad behavior and don't try to improve it.
  2. Even the main idea doesn't work well: in what manner can you expect to delete a show by showing off deleted scenes? There's a reason they went deleted in the first place.
    • By the way, the so-called "deleted scenes" show things that are already normal in the shows, like toilet-humor and ugly animation. Even the cartoon itself got more reprehensible scenes that are still today aired on tv.
  3. The main deleted scenes are unfunny and feel like a splinter in the back:
    • The first scene has an almost nude Freak completed of cape and cardboard sword getting on idiotic dances, and Titans laugh at him, pointing out how it's "funny".
    • The second feels more useless, because it's about Cyborg trying to park the Titan Robot (may a deleted scene of The Left Leg) and ends up making a mess. The Titans at the end of it say it was not bad because people it's used to this mediocre content.
    • The third is hilariously bad and maybe the worst of all scenes. It has Titans but in CGI, yet as you can pretend, the animation is awful and the Titans are molded into boxes, ending up to resemble Roblox avatars. However, the worst part is the fact they're treating animators like crap, saying they wanted to resemble the animation of 10 million dollars Hollywood's movies, thing already made in another horrible episode.
    • The forth and last scene it's pretty bad. In it, Titans have to defeat Brother Blood, who is piloting a giant butt for some reason, and... has to destroy everything with the fart power.
  4. Once again, Titans win against Control Freak and accept their bad behavior.
  5. The infamous Starfire's quote: "I bet the Walt Disney is shaking in his boots", said during the CGI scene. Not only it offends the forefather of animation ever, but, how the hell did it to override the copyright?
    • And how did it not receive any lawsuit from Disney.
    • It also an insult to Disney too because they make beautifully animated movies and TV shows (despite their reputation recently).
  6. The episode's end has this song which is a masterpiece: it's called "Plop Plop", sung by Cyborg and Beast Boy and it's about... pooping in a toilet, and yes, it is somewhat offensive to intelligence.
    • Not to mention, it has questionable moments such like Cyborg twerking upon a wc and Robin flossing.

The Only Redeeming Quality

  1. At least it tried to mimic meta episodes of other shows that are actually a tradition. For example, Family Guy has several episodes like this.
