While John K. had a success with Mighty Mouse: The New Adventures, The Goddamn George Liquor Program, and The Ren & Stimpy Show, most of his cartoons in the later years are just terrible. The Adventures of Beany and Cecil wasn't really that bad, it just wasn't very good. But after the original Ren & Stimpy, he went downhill by making The Ripping Friends, Ren & Stimpy APC, and Cans Without Labels, which showed he killed his own career, and lost his mojo so badly.
