Why is this under candidates for deletion?

I don’t get it, many users copied and pasted from the dead Wikia and added and changed information and the pages still live here. They are untouched and the users are let off scotfree. So, how is it breaking the rules if other users were able to do it but not me? --Have an awesome day! (talk) 06:10, August 6, 2023 (UTC)

Because those pages were created before that rule became a thing so now that the contract expired, it's now a big rule in the wiki you probably should've copy and pasted it on March 16th (the day before the rule existed) and if you don't believe me, then check out the rules page for more information on point number 2.
